Bristol Santa House provides unique opportunity for holiday
BRISTOL, R.I. (WLNE) — Many are already looking ahead to Christmas and the annual visit from Chris Kringle.
Bristol provides a unique holiday destination for families in the Ocean State.
“The Santa house is an idea I had about 10 or 12 years ago to provide an immersive environment for those with special needs kids,” Santa House organizer Mike Riley said. “They can come and visit with Santa in a very private environment where they cannot feel rushed.”
From the Fourth of July Town Crier to lead elf, Riley is “all in” on Bristol.
“This is one of the most wonderful towns in America,” he said.
The house is located in the center of town and decorated with festive ornaments.
The destination is free for families, and children who aren’t able to see Santa can always drop off a letter in the mailbox out front.
A full schedule of when Santa visits the house can be seen here.
