One of the most highly recruited golfers in the country, Classical’s Patrick Welch, putting pen to paper Wednesday.
Welch officially signed with the Oklahoma Sooners.
He was recruited by Ohio State, Oregon, Cal, and Wake Forest, but ultimately chose OU.
