DUXBURY, Mass. (WLNE) — New documents released in the case of the Duxbury mother, accused of strangling her three children before attempting to take her own life, revealed the list of items taken from her Summer Street home for evidence.

According to court documents, 32-year-old Lindsay Clancy was indicted last month on three-counts each of murder and strangulation in connection to the deaths of her five-year-old daughter Cora, her three-year-old son Dawson and seven-month-old son Callan.

Almost 300 pages of documents released Tuesday include more than 10 separate warrants that were previously confidential. The warrants seek access to collect items from the home including multiple exercise bands, medications, phones, tablets, computers, home security cameras and a bloody knife.

According to the newly unsealed documents, Lindsay’s notebook had written documentation of her medications and suicidal thoughts. Officials believe Lindsay also used her phone to document her mental health and researched ways to kill.

Other evidence taken during the investigation includes samples of urine and blood from inside the home, outside where Lindsay was found and from underneath her fingernails.

During her arraignment in February, prosecutors outlined the events that led to Lindsay allegedly killing her children, saying she took her daughter to a pediatrician, played in the snow with her son and daughter, talked to CVS about stool-softener for children and asked her husband, Patrick Clancy, to get takeout for dinner.

After picking up the takeout and going to CVS for medication, Patrick returned home and found his wife outside, suffering from lacerations to her wrists and neck.

The three children were later found unresponsive and not breathing in the basement, all with workout bands around their necks, documents allege.

Cora and Dawson were pronounced dead at the hospital on January. 24. Callan was flown to Boston Children’s Hospital with traumatic injuries and placed on life support, but died on Jan. 27.

Lindsay pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges from a hospital bed at her arraignment via Zoom on Feb. 7.

She is currently being held without bail while receiving treatment at a hospital.
