Don Sweeney Addresses Tuukka Rask, Torey Krug, and Offseason

Boston Bruins general manager Don Sweeney addressed his team before the offseason kicks into high gear this week.

Sweeney says he views goalie Tuukka Rask as a big part of the organization moving forward, among trade rumors surrounding the Vezina Trophy finalist.

The bruins GM also said that the team hasn’t made any progress toward re-signing pending free agent defenseman Torey Krug.

Boston also doesn’t plan on extending offers to forwards Joakim Nordstrom and Brett Ritchie.
