Kings Introduce First Round Pick Devin Carter In Sacramento

Former PC star & BIG EAST Player of the Year Devin Carter was officially welcomed to his new home Tuesday.
The Sacramento Kings introducing their first round draft pick at a press conference.
Carter was taken 13th overall in last week’s NBA Draft.
