NK’s Olivia Priest Overcomes Injury To Win Back to Back Gymnastics Titles

North Kingstown junior Olivia Priest hadn’t participated in any gymnastics until this past month.

Priest was in a walking boot because of an injury, but got it off three weeks before the state meet.

She wasn’t planning on participating at all, but qualified for states, and defended her title.

The Warwick Co-Op won the Division I team championship, while Barrington took the Division II crown.
