Patriots Captain Matthew Slater Encourages Providence Students To “Show Up” & “Work Hard”

Patriots captain Matthew Slater & wife Dr. Shahrzad Slater visiting Young Woods Elementary School in Providence Tuesday.

The Slaters were joined by fellow Patriots captain David Andrews along with other Pats special teams players to speak to the students.

The back-to-school assembly was held to encourage students to set goals for the school years and keep up attendance.
