Bryant Set To Hire Jamion Christian as Next Men’s Basketball Coach
Pallacanestro Trieste, the club he currently leads in Italy, acknowledging Wednesday Jamion Christian will be leaving the team at the end of the season & will be taking the head coaching job at Bryant University.

A report overnight had said Bryant had found its next men’s basketball coach.
According to Jeff Goodman of The Field of 68, the school finalizing the deal to hire Christian to lead the program.
Bryant is expected to hire Jamion Christian as its next coach, replacing Phil Martelli Jr., a source told @TheFieldOf68.
The deal was finalized late last night.

Christian is the former head coach at Mount St. Mary’s, Siena & George Washington. He most recently has been coaching overseas in Italy.
The 42-year-old led the Mountaineers to the NCAA Tournament in 2014 & 2017 out of the NEC as a former conference foe of the Bulldogs.
