Tractor-trailer driver who hit state police Lieutenant arrested

HOPKINTON, Mass. (WLNE)- Massachusetts State Police have identified and arrested the man who hit a Lieutenant with a tractor trailer earlier this week.

Perry Livingston, 40, was the driver of the tractor-trailer that hit a Lieutenant on Wednesday.

Massachusetts State Police arrested Livingston in his home in New Haven on Saturday, with the help of the Connecticut State Police and New Haven Police.

The tractor-trailer Livingston was driving was found in Milford, Connecticut.

State Police have yet to announce the charges Livingston will face.
