URI-La Salle Postponed Due To COVID-19 Issues For Explorers

KINGSTON, R.I. – Due to positive cases within the La Salle program, Rhode Island’s game with the Explorers has been postponed.

The contest was one of two more postponements announced by the A-10 Friday evening. The game between St. Bonaventure and Dayton also will not be played on Sunday, due to COVID issues for the Bonnies.

At the moment, Rhode Island’s next scheduled contest is at George Mason on Wednesday, Jan. 5. The Rams are actively working to find a non-conference opponent to play on  Sunday.
