West Warwick officer pleads not guilty to domestic violence charge

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) – A West Warwick police officer who was arrested last month on a domestic assault charge plead not guilty on Tuesday.

Riccardo Erilus is a two year veteran of the West Warwick Police Department.

He was arrested at his home in Cranston and was off-duty at the time.

Erilus is on administrative leave pending an internal investigation by West Warwick police.
