3 new COVID-19 deaths, 54 new cases in RI

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health announced three new COVID-19 deaths, bringing the state’s total number of fatalities to 1,062.

There have been 54 new positive cases and a daily positive rate of 1%.

Currently, 82 Rhode Islanders are hospitalized, four are in ICU, and three are on a ventilator.
