The Pool Source in Cranston sees an uptick in consumer interest of pools during pandemic

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE) – This summer, more than ever, your backyard is your oasis.

The Pool Source in Cranston is seeing a lot more interest from customers than usual.

Their showroom is open, and customers are asked to wear a mask inside, or they can take advantage of curbside pickup for pool supplies.

Over the last few months they have seen an uptick in the number of people interested in building a pool.

General Manager Brandon Clift said, “Every year for 15+ years, we’ve been in business since ’85. I would say our sales are right on point for every year. But the interest in the amount of potential leads has multiplied by 10 at least.”

Currently the store is cutting back on the number of employees it has working at one time in order to allow more customers inside.
