King Richard’s Faire cancels 2020 season

CARVER, MASS (WLNE) – In a Facebook post on Tuesday, King Richard’s Faire announced it will not be opening its castle doors for the 2020 season.

In the post, it says while the faire is a land of make-believe, but it simply could not escape the growing pandemic of the coronavirus.

The post said the faire’s main focus is to protect all the customers who enter, and right now there is no alternative to ensure the health and safety of everybody.

King Richard’s Faire has already begun planning its 40th anniversary season for September, 2021.
