RIDOH reports 212 new cases of COVID-19, 4 fatalities since Friday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health has reported 4 new deaths, and 212 new cases since last reported on Friday.

The death toll in the state is now 1,075.  Eighty Rhode Islanders are currently hospitalized, 7 are in ICU, and 4 are on a ventilator.

Total positive cases in Rhode Island now total to 23,130.

The state recorded the administration of 2,208 tests on Sunday with a positive rate of 1.4 percent.
