ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE)- The Attleboro School Committee voted on the district’s mask policies at Monday night’s meeting.

Vaccinated students in grades 7-12 will not be required to wear masks. However, all students in grades K-6 will have to wear masks with exceptions for lunch, snack time, and designated mask breaks.

All vaccinated staff will be able to go mask free during the upcoming school year.

The committee was split on the issue of mandating masks for all staff, eventually coming to the aforementioned conclusion.

All visitors to school buildings will be required to wear masks.
