Gov. McKee extends COVID-19 executive order

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- Gov. Dan McKee extended Rhode Island’s COVID-19 executive order on Tuesday.
The executive order is now in effect until June 8.
The order declared a state of emergency due to the dangers to health and life posed by COVID-19.
It was originally signed by former Gov. Gina Raimondo back in March of 2020.
