Governor McKee extends Declaration of Emergency for 30 days, Executive Orders until Feb. 14

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The McKee Administration has announced that they will be extending the Declaration of Emergency for another thirty days.
Governor McKee has also renewed the Executive Order’s that would allow public meetings to be held virtually, require masks in schools, and quarantine and isolation through February 14.

House Minority Leader Blake Filippi released a statement to ABC6 News on the Governors extensions,
“Tuesday’s hearing confirmed that masking hurts our school children. The extension of this Executive Order is against science and good judgement.”
