New Bedford clinics rise to meet Omicron surge
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) – New Bedford vaccination clinics are rushing open to help the public handle the ongoing swarm of Omicron cases across the United States.
These free walk-up clinics offer booster shots, as well as first and second vaccine shots, and pediatric vaccines. They’re now offering boosters for 12-17-year-olds. Bring your vaccination card when you visit.

- Andrea McCoy Recreation Center (181 Hillman St.) – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, boosters, vaccines for children 5 – 11, boosters for teens 12-17
- St. Gabriel Parish (343 Tarkiln Hill Road) – 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Pfizer vaccines, including pediatric and booster doses, and Moderna vaccines
