President-Elect Joe Biden to present new COVID relief package next week

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WLNE) – President-Elect Joe Biden is expected to present a two trillion dollar COVID relief package next week.

That package is set to include $2,000 stimulus checks.

Those still eligible for the stimulus money, may not receive a new $2,000 payment. Instead they will receive $1,400 to top off the $600 payments that began rolling out earlier this month.

It will depend on a person’s income whether or not they will receive the additional payment.
