RIDOH reports 150 new COVID-19 cases, 1 additional death

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 150 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.

Health officials said out of the 5,382 tests administered the state collected a 2.8% positivity rate.

Rhode Island reported one additional death, bringing the state’s total to 3,413.

There are currently 117 Rhode Islanders hospitalized for the virus. Data shows that 10 of these patients are in the ICU while 9 are on a ventilator.
