RIDOH reports 159 new cases and 3 deaths linked to coronavirus

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 159 new cases and 3 deaths linked to coronavirus on Monday.

These numbers bring the state’s total to 123,980 infections and 2,466 deaths.

Rhode Island is seeing a 2.6 % positive from the day prior, and 2.2% for the week.

At this time, 186 people are hospitalized.

The state has administered 203,685 doses of the vaccine, and 61,944 are fully vaccinated.
