RIDOH reports 58 new COVID-19 cases and 2 related deaths

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 58 new coronavirus cases and 2 related deaths on Friday.

This brings the new state total to 21,683 cases and 1,046 deaths.

There were 7,222 tests administered the day prior, and the state as administered a total of 504,904 tests.

81 people are currently hospitalized and 4 require a ventilator.
