RIDOH reports 661 positive cases and 4 deaths

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 661 positive coronavirus cases and 4 deaths on Monday.

The new numbers bring the state’s total to 85,602 positive cases and 1,742 total deaths.

The department also reported that 11,935 received their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

Rhode Island has administered 1,948,107 total tests.

The state saw an 8.1 % positive from the prior day and a 6.4 % positive for the week, 1.4% lower than the prior week.
