RIDOH reports 68 positive COVID-19 cases and 2 deaths

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 68 news positive cases and 2 new deaths on Wednesday.

These numbers bring the state’s total to 21,454 cases and 1,041 deaths.

3,637 tests were administered and 1 1.9% increase from the prior day.

The state has administered a total of 485,026 tests.

According to the DOH, 80 people are hospitalized, with 4 needing a ventilator.
