Three more arrested in Carolina Avenue shooting that sent nine to hospital
Officials say one of the suspects was 17-years-old.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- Three more suspects have been arrested in connection to the Carolina Avenue mass shooting that happened on May 13.
Providence police say 23-year-old David Carides, 26-year-old Daniel Carides, and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested Saturday in Providence, on Dorchester Avenue.
Both Daniel Carides and the juvenile were charged with felony assault, discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, and firing in a compact area.
David Carides was charged with possession of a firearm prohibited.
Both Daniel and David Carides have a bail set at $100,000 and are being held at the ACI.
Providence Police say the unidentified juvenile is being held at the RI Training School.
Saturday’s arrests bring the total to seven, with four being arrested Monday.
Providence Police tell ABC-6 News that they are unsure if more arrests will be made in connection to this shooting.
