Washington County Fair returns to Richmond after a year off during the pandemic

RICHMOND, RI (WLNE) – Looking for some fun this weekend?

The Washington County Fair is back after a year off during the pandemic.

The five day fair kicked off on Wednesday in Richmond.

Those attending will see hand sanitizing and washing stations throughout the fairground.

Tickets are $11 but kids younger than 10 get in free.

Everyone going is asked to wear a mask while riding on the fair’s shuttle service.

Just like in the past 54 years of the fair, there will be live music, rides, and games.
